We reserve the right to decline the purchase of any item for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. We reserve the right to reduce the purchase quantity of any item for any reason. Orders may not contain more than one item of “Daily" or "Weekly" Sale Deals. All orders placed and processed by the website are final and any refunds provided thereafter will have a processing fee of 10% of the total order amount due to fees from card services and logistics that are not refunded to us (1). Store credit is at 100% as usual. This applies to all preorder games also.

Your Event

We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled event or an order for an event for any reason. All orders placed and processed by the website for an event are final and any refunds provided thereafter will have a processing fee of 20% of the total order amount due to fees from card services and logistics that are not refunded to us. Store credit is at 100% as usual. Event tickets can only be used for the day of the event purchased. Event tickets can be transferred to another individual for the date of the event. If a registered game cannot be held due to insufficient registrations or for some other reason another game may be selected by the individual that has been set up for the event. Rude behavior and attitude unbecoming can result in expulsion from the event. In such an event all paid fees will be forfeited and are not refundable.

Articles, Reviews, Comments, E-mail & Other Web site Content

Visitors to our Website may post reviews, comments, and other content; send us e-mail; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on the intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam". You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead our other visitors.
