Pre-Order Policy

By purchasing an item with PRE-ORDER in the title, you are purchasing to reserve a copy of a game that has not yet been released or in back-order status. Your deposit is equal to the retail price of the game, as listed on BoardGamesNMore with tax and any shipping fees applicable to your order. Your payment will be collected in full to secure your pre-order copy and will not be refunded in full unless in the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to our circumstances. Refunds shall be provided as per policy below in the event the cancellation of the product is by the distributor or the publisher. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we choose to cancel an order, we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation of the order.

Pre-Order Stock

At times manufacturers release products in waves or partial quantities. We will ship orders in the order that they are received and processed. If you pre-order multiple copies of a single item, you are maybe eligible for only 1 promotional item if quantities are limited, to be fair to others waiting for the product. When additional copies arrive, we shall ship out your additional copies.

If a product is allocated from our distributors and we receive insufficient stock to fulfill all pre-orders, but we are made aware of a future reprint of that product, we will make the option available to you via email to keep your pre-order on file for that future date, maintaining your position in the queue. If we don’t receive a response within 7 days, we will assume you no longer want the title, and your order will be cancelled and refunded as per our refund policy below.

if the distributor or manufacture pulls a pre-order from circulation. We will provide 100% store credit to your account of the product, taxes and shipping fees and cancel it. Cash refund will be at 90% as per policy below.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order submitted with more than one pre-order item, or with stock items in conjunction with pre-order items.

Refunds

We provide refunds for our products before shipping. However, due to charges from transaction fees a 10% processing fee of the total amount shall be withheld on all cash refunds. Transaction fees are not refund to us when we provide a cash refund to the client. This is why we only refund at 90% on cash refunds (1). However, we provide a hassle-free 100% store credit for any cancellation at anytime.

Price Change

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. It is rare by at times the publisher or distributor will increase the retail price prior to a products release. If a price increase occurs, we will notify you via email. If we do not receive a timely response within 7 days, we will cancel your order and provide store credit, refund as per our refund policy above.

Shipping Pre-Orders

If we determine you were undercharged for shipping at the time we have packaged and ready to ship your order, you will be contacted and asked to make a payment of the difference. Refusal to do so, or lack of response after 7 days, will lead to your pre-order being cancelled and 100% store credit provide as per our policy. If your address changes between the date of your order and the release of the pre-ordered item, it is your responsibility to Contact us and update your shipping information.

Pre-Order Status Updates

If you require additional information of follow up, please Contact us via email with your questions, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. If we receive any major news regarding your product, such as productions or shipping delays or publisher cost changes, we will contact you directly via email. We are also available via SMS and Facebook messenger.
