Return/Refunds Policy

  • Shipped order can be returned. The items for return should be return to the store. A return should be filled out on the site here. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and it is recommend to have a tracking of the package provided to us.  Refunds provided will deduct shipping costs that was incurred by us.
  • Items shipped are inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you find damage on received items. You much notify us with 3 days of receiving the item. A image of the damage should also be emailed to us.
  • Returned items shall be provided as store credit at 100% or cash at 90%. The 10% fee is due to transaction fee by web services that is not refunded to us on refunds.
